Both online and in our store in Michigan, we have a wide selection of stitching products. From charts to designer embellishments and fabrics, we have it all. Because of this, we strive to be your one and only resource for all things stitching. We offer reliable support, top-notch customer service, and reasonable prices. An important part of our business is to make sure the ordering process is smooth and simple for our customers. We make every effort to get your stitching items to you as quickly as possible.
If we don't stock a particular item, we will do everything we can to find what you're looking for and special order it just for you. All orders will be filled and sent out as soon as we receive them and we generally aim for a 48-hour or less turnaround. Since we cannot possibly carry in stock every item shown in our catalog, we will order what you request as promptly as possible for you. Since some of our companies/designers may require a minimum order or dollar amount in order to place an order, there is always the possibility that there could be a several week delay before we can get an order large enough to place that order.
We still are experiencing supply line issues as many manufacturers, distributors and designers are not up to full production/staffing levels. And shipping times still continue to try us all.
We are doing our best to fill orders as soon as possible, but please note that these circumstances may continue to delay shipping anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

If you need your items within a certain time frame, please reconsider placing your order. If you decide to get your supplies somewhere else during this crisis, we hope you reconsider us when things are back to normal! We are asking you to please be patient as we try and service you during these times.
SHIPPING - PLEASE NOTE!!
Since we have not 'weighed every item in our catalog', when you place an order, a shipping charge will be automatically "guestimated" and added on to your order by our system. In most cases, these will be NOT be your actual shipping charges. Please be assured that we 'hate handling fees' as much as you do and so if the postal charges are less than what is quoted, we will reduce the charge accordingly. If the charges are significantly more, we will e-mail you to have the charge approved before shipping. The same will apply to special delivery situations such as international shipping and next day or second day shipping.
We prefer to charge shipping as based upon your lowest postal weight fees and so, most orders within the USA will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail unless you request otherwise.
Orders from our fellow stitchers outside the United States are always welcomed. We will gladly send your items at International First Class mailing costs as determined by product weight to you.

We have tried to make shopping with us as easy as possible. When using our Shopping Cart you will have several options to choose from upon check out.
1. Use our Secure Online Order Form.
To use your credit card to order online. Please be assured that your
privacy is our concern ... it is our firm policy not to share or sell
any customer information. Your credit card information is kept secure
by encryption software. This means that your name, address and card
number cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
To search our online Catalog, scroll down through the catagories or
subcatagories and/or type in a keyword such as: designer's name, name
of book or word in the title, or subject like dog.
When you've found what you're looking for, just click the boxes of the
items you would like, then press the Add to Cart Button. When you're
ready to check out, press the Check Out button, fill in your address
and credit card information (click on this box to give you a 'drop down menu'' allowing you to pay via PayPal or to let us know that you will be sending a check or money order) ... and then, submit your order. What could be easier
There will even be a COMMENTS section for you to write in items or make
special requests, additions, item details, or to note a gift certificate number.
We've even provided you with a WISH LIST! Perhaps you're 'surfing'
on your lunch break, you can now add items to a list and then pick
back up where you left off the next day or ecen the next month!
This list stores the items you're interestered in for your future
visit! You can then ADD the items on your wish list to your
shopping cart and checkout faster ... or you can delete the items
as you choose! ** sale items added to the wish list will be allowed for up to one week .. since these items are in very limited supply, at that time if you have not placed your order, those sale items will be returned to the sale page and deleted from your wish list.
Your on-line order will be confirmed by e-mail and you may check it,s
status by following the directions given in that e-mail.
2. Still nervous about Internet ordering? Then Do This ...
- Click on the ADD TO CART buttons and fill out the Order Form "as though"
you were going to place the order but do NOT include your CC information.
Then simply COPY the form and then delete it without completing
your online order. (You can do the same right from your
WISH LIST section!) Then ....
- Print and Mail the form to us with either credit card information,
a personal or cashiers check or money order enclosed. Our address
is located above.
- E-mail the order to us - be sure to include a daytime phone
number so we can contact you quickly. After receiving your email,
we will call and confirm with you the method of payment and if necessary
get your credit card information at that time. We do NOT feel that
it is safe for sending your credit card information via an email.
- Call your order into us with your credit card information at 810-629-3333. Hours
of operation are Monday thru Saturday, 10am - 5pm Eastern Time Zone.
All Internet orders will be given a reference number. Please refer to this
number in all correspondence with us.

ABSOLUTELY NO returns on books, leaflets, charts,
chart packs, floss or fibers, or opened kits.
We respect Copyright Laws and the livelihood of our designers.
When returning merchandise - CALL or E-Mail US FIRST - ,then please pack it as carefully as possible
to get it back to us in resalable condition. If returns are not in
a resalable condition, the item will be subject to a 15% restocking
When returning product - CALL or E-Mail US FIRST- use the cheapest method possible. Also
PLEASE include a note inside with the action that you would like us to take
(refund, credit, exchange) and include your daytime phone number.
This allows us to confirm that we both are expecting the same action.
If the mistake was ours, we will refund your postage IF sent by the
cheapest method. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item,
the responsibility for the return postage is yours.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping
of your order and must include the sales receipt.
If you should order an item from us and then change your mind about purchasing it before we send it to you
or pick it up from us, there WILL be a 15% restocking
fee charged to your account.
