From The Nebby Needle and her "Ripple Effect"
series .. patterns of inspiration for cancer
patients. When you purchase this "Ripple
Effect" pattern, the designer donates her
profits to The American Cancer Society.
Inspired by a motivational poster produced by
the British government in 1939 in preparation
for the Second World War, this poster was
intended to raise morale. There are two
options shown here with two different crowns
allowing one to be made for a cancer patient
(you can use whichever color ribbon is
appropriate) or the other bead-embellished
crown for anyone that needs the encouragement
to stay strong. |
