From Cherished Stitches, TWO individual designs inspired by antique samplers, and could be stitched as companion pieces although they are not identical in size. FRIENDSHIP features a small, flowering tree and a bluebird, with the phrase “Love is the root.” FAMILY features a sweet flower basket and a pair of birds, with the phrase “Grow in love each day.” Both designs are stitched on 36ct Cocoa linen from Weeks Dye works, FRIENDSHIP is stitched entirely using Weeks Dye Works; FAMILY is stitched using both Weeks and Gentle Art Sampler Threads. |
