Camp Price includes hotel room fees, Saturday and Sunday Continental breakfasts, (other meals are your own responsibility), beverages & snacks, extra stitching room for large groups, Stitches N Things "On The Road" Boutique Room for your Needlework Shopping Pleasure, and OTHER neat surprises.

** If you wish a first floor room for health issues, we will make all attempt to obtain one for you, but such are available to us only while the hotel's supply is available. You MUST let us know preferences when booking your reservation with us. There IS an elevator for the 2nd floor. We cannot make 'special adjoining-room requests' -- that will be your responsibility upon your check in at the hotel and will be available only if the hotel has them available for you at that time.

Camp "Festivities" officially begin at 7:30pm Friday night with an Ice Breaker in the Cardinal Conference Room and will last until you are "officially checking out". :) If you are planning on stitching with us past the 11am check out time on your departure date, either store your luggage in your vehicle or we can find space in the Conference Room or other stitching areas.

After February 5, 2022, there will be NO refund issued for your cancellation; your goodie bag will be mailed to you.
