The GREAT thing about these hangings is their construction - you can put WHATEVER in them .. a photo, a quilted block, a post card, a scrap booking project etc., or a mix of a little of each! Hangs from a pocket into which you would insert a long dowel rod or wire hanger. (The images shown here are PAPER PHOTOCOPIES of stitchery and will come with the banner hanging.)

Ok .. so this would be a model you'd have to 'tweek a tiny bit' to make it your own, but it would be worth it! Rekindle An Old Friendship is written as though it were a letter, with two envelopes and a gauze ribbon attached to the matting below the design. A picture has been 'glued' and inserted underneath the ribbon. (you can remove the picture - of ME, my best friend Sharon and our mutual friend Danny, from 1970 - and insert your own special photo memory instead!!) The double matting is pale yellow with warm rose beneath; the frame an elegant redwash over gold.
