CONVERSION CHART

Weeks Dye Works colors are variegated enough to be noticeable, yet subtle enough to blend naturally. While great care is taken for to be consistent from one dye bath to the next, there is no guarantee as everything from the temperature of the water to the humidity in the air plays a factor in how the color comes out. This thread is not colorfast. If it must be washed, use only cold water to help prevent color bleeding (the color may still bleed however).

The DMC equivalent is listed after each color name. This conversion chart is approximate as it's difficult to capture the color shading within the hand-dyed fibers.  Most of the WDW shades have two totally different main colors within the strand, so keep this in mind when trying to convert.  The look you get with DMC will not resemble the pictured model of the design you are converting from.
