**   Reservations will be filled in the "time order" they are received.  There are no elevators in 2-floor hotel; outdoor swimming pool is closed; no health/excercise room is available.

**  If you wish a first floor room for health issues,we will make all atempts to obtain one for you, but such are available to us only while the hotel's supply is available.   We cannot  make special adjoining-room requests - that will be your responsibility upon your check-in and will be available only if the hotel has them available to you at that time.

Camp Price includes hotel room fee, Saturday and Sunday Continental breakfasts, Saturday lunch (evening meals are your own responsibility), beverages & snacks, extra stitching rooms for large groups/classes, discount SNT shopping coupon, goodie bag, and other neat surprises!

Class Fees are NOT included in Camp Price -- see specials web page for class info and registration page -- classes are optional.

(Classes may be paid AT Camp but should be reserved in advance)

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

We MUST have your RESERVATION PAID IN FULL by February 5, 2011

You may cancel your participation in Camp Stitchalot up to February 5, 2011, but will lose up to $75.00 of your total paid registration fee.

After February 5, 2011, there will be NO refund issued for your cancellation;  your goodie bag will be mailed to you.
